1.1. Willowtree Wellness provides holistic healing services, including but not limited to Chakra Dancing, Energy Healing, Meditation, Social Drumming, Emotional Reprogramming, and Spiritual Readings.

1.3. By booking a session, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a refund or to reschedule.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.
3.3. In the unlikely event that Willowtree Wellness needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.
4. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
4.1. Our services are holistic and energy-based, intended to promote relaxation and well-being. They are not medical treatments.
4.2. Clients should consult their doctor or healthcare provider before booking if they have any serious medical conditions, mental health concerns, or are pregnant.

5.3. Personal belongings brought to sessions are the responsibility of the client, and Willowtree Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage to items.
6. Group Sessions and Workshops
6.1. Group sessions (such as Chakra Dancing, Meditation, or Drumming) require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not met, Willowtree Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.
6.2. Clients must respect the shared space and fellow participants. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Willowtree Wellness is a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful will not be tolerated.
7.2. Sessions are private and confidential. Recording or taking photos during sessions is not permitted without prior consent.
